I'm supporting our union because unions support us. I believe we should have input on our jobs, benefits, severances, and believe we have a right to transparency that PPMM is not giving us. Currently we have no transparency on department funds, how they’re used, and if executives making 400k-950k will be getting pay increases or taking pay cuts while performing these mass layoffs.   I believe a union will help clarify why the pay gap between CEO and “low level staff” are so high, why workers with 9 years at PPMM are only getting 2 weeks severance and may even help us keep our jobs and benefits. Without a union we are not getting these answers or support from PPMM
